We have 3 membership plans. You can click here to view and register. Registration and approval is instant.
You will set your preferred login and passwords during “check out”.

2. How Long does PrintEXpert take to credit my account?
All deposits/reloads can only be credited with Credit Card. It will be instant reflection (you may need to refresh your screen)

3. How secure is my account?
Your account is secured with our daily backup. All your transactions are safe.

4. What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?”
Click on “Forget password” and follow the procedure.
5. Do you have a sub- account for my staff?
No.

6. How do I terminate my account or How can I withdraw from this Program?” 
There is no lock-in period for this program. You can cancel anytime from “My-Account”.
*Do note that there will not be any pro-rate refund for any remaining length of membership.

7. Is the balance in my account refundable upon termination of my account?
Yes, the funds in the account is refundable but will be a S$100 +GST administrative fees

8. What happens if my account is inactive for a period of time?
Your account will continue to be active as per your membership plans.
