Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing up or making a transaction. EXPRESS PRINT & DESIGN PTE LTD (hereon referred to as “EP”) reserves the right to amend these Membership terms and conditions anytime, with or without prior notice to Member (hereon referred to as “EP MEMBER” or “PRINTEXPERT MEMBER”). As an EP MEMBER, it is your responsibility to know and periodically update yourself on these terms and conditions so as to fully understand your Member rights and privileges.
1.1 Application for EP MEMBERSHIP is open to all people aged 18 years and above. However, approval of Membership is subject to the discretion of the management of EP.
1.2 The management of EP has the right to decline any individual Member status or to terminate a Member’s Membership at its discretion without prejudice.
1.3 Employees of EP are not eligible to become EP MEMBERS or participate in any EP program.
1.4 Individuals who wish to join EP as a Member must first complete the online registration form on the EP website (www.printexpert.com.sg). Those who qualify as Members are required to pay at least S$500.00 as cash deposit for their account and they will receive a free starter kit from EP. Each EP MEMBER is entitled to 1 user account. Unless otherwise stated, length of membership is set at maximum 1 year.
1.5 Cash Deposit for registration must be paid up before Membership activation. (For details in Reloading Cash Advance, please refer to Reloading Cash Deposit (clause #3).
1.7 EP MEMBERS may terminate their Membership at any time. Take note that the balance in their account will NOT be refunded. However, Members may need to return their free starter kit in a good condition to EP otherwise the value of the free starter kit will be deducted from the balance. Those who decide to rejoin EP will have to register again.
2.1 All printing of EP products will be solely undertaken by EP or its appointed vendor. EP MEMBERS are restricted from submitting any order for an EP product to another printer/lithographer. If a EP MEMBER does not adhere to this condition, the management reserves the right to terminate his or her account and Membership as well as demand the return of all materials and information pertaining to EP.
2.2 EP MEMBERS are solely responsible for their own customers including any transaction such as payment collection.
2.3 EP does not accept direct order(s) from Members’ customers.
2.4 All orders must be submitted online.
2.5 EP reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the standard product specifications for output set by EP and stated on the EP website.
2.6 Once a EP MEMBER submits an order to EP, it is considered a purchase. Once an order is in process stage, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
2.7 If EP MEMBER requests to cancel the order which is not in process stage, the deducted printing fee will be automatically added back into that EP MEMBER’s account.
2.8 Order will not be processed if printing fee due exceeds the available funds in EP MEMBER’s account. Should this happen, EP MEMBER is required to reload cash deposit in order to proceed with the order.
2.9 EP provides printing services to its EP MEMBERS only.
2.10 EP does not provide hardcopy official receipts for purchases. EP MEMBERS can print out the official receipt for their completed orders from the MY ACCOUNT -> PRINT OFFICIAL RECEIPT page on the EP ePrinting Solution.
2.11 The EP MEMBER Account is updated daily and EP MEMBERS can trace and print the statement of account from the EP ePrinting Solution.
2.12 EP MEMBERS are required to have adequate cash deposit in their account to make an order.
2.13 EP shall take legal action to prosecute any EP MEMBER whom EP suspect of making fraud deposits to EP. EP shall also terminate that Member’s Membership and bar him/her from further orders and use of EP ePrinting Solution.
3. RELOADING CASH ADVANCE
3.1 As EP uses a prepaid system, orders will be debited from EP MEMBER’s cash advance. Cash Deposit for Membership registration: EP MEMBERS must fax or email a copy of the bank deposit slip or funds transfer printout with the sign-up confirmation printout to EP upon paying registration fee and/or reloading cash advance.

3.3 Activation of an EP MEMBER Account is subject to EP management approval and successful clearance of cheque or cash deposit or funds transfer verification by the bank.
3.4 For reloading cash advance, EP MEMBERS are required to submit the proof of reloading cash deposit (bank-in receipt/statement) to EP along with the Member ID or upload the proof via EP EPRINTING SOLUTION.
3.5. EP does not provide any hardcopy official receipt for EP MEMBER’s Reloading Cash Advance. If EP MEMBER requires a statement of proof for Reloading Cash Advance, EP MEMBER can print the Official Receipt from MY ACCOUNT -> PRINT OFFICIAL RECEIPT page on the EP ePrinting Solution.
3.7 EP MEMBER’s deposit do not expired as long as the membership is active.
3.8 Upon termination, credit balance will be refunded with an S$100+GST administrative charges.
4. PRICING / DELIVERY / SELF-COLLECTION
4.1 All product prices (except notepad & notebook and unless stated otherwise) are based on full color printing (combination of CMYK).
4.2 Delivery fee is chargeable for a minimum of S$6 or 5% of total cart cost (whichever is higher).
4.3 Delivery will be sent as “ONE-CART” order. In the event that some items in the cart is ready, it will only be delivered upon all items in cart completed.
4.4 Exact reprints will be charged at the same price.
4.5 Services, products and pricing are subject to change from time to time.
4.6 All goods that opt for delivery to EP MEMBER will be fulfilled by EP’s appointed courier service company and might require additional 1 working day.
4.7 EP will not liaise with any customer on EP MEMBER’s behalf.
4.8 EP will only entertain requests for rushed deliveries through its optional Express Order. Request via order remark will not be entertained.
4.9 EP will only provide delivery to EP MEMBER’s registered address only.
4.10 All goods will be delivered directly to EP MEMBER and can be collected from the EP premise if EP has been informed by EP MEMBER when placing the order.
4.11 Goods delivered to EP MEMBER are packed according to EP’s standard packing. Once goods have left EP premises, the goods are no longer the responsibility of EP. If there are any discrepancies in the print quality or quantity of goods, EP MEMBER are advised to lodge a complaint within 5 days from the invoice/do stated date via support “Raise Complain” via support ticket. Any defected goods must be returned to EP within 5 days from the invoice/do stated date. Complain received after 5 days will NOT be entertained.
5. ARTWORK FILE PREPARATION / TRANSFER
5.1 All artworks should be saved into individual files and according to each order.
5.2 All artworks must be sent to EP through the Internet or by courier service. Please download artwork specifications from EP ePrinting Solution to learn how to prepare file for ordering.
5.3 Due to the different color displays on various monitors, printed color of end product may differ from what appears on screen. Therefore EP will not be responsible for color discrepancies in the end product as a result of EP MEMBER’s reliance on the said color displays instead of EP’s CMYK COLOR CHART to set his/her colors for output.
5.4 EP does not guarantee exact color match of EP MEMBER artwork or reprints (10% tolerance).
5.5 EP does not guarantee the spot uv quality on the artwork which is less than 1pt, less than 100% black or on the edge of the artwork.
5.6 To avoid delays or inconveniences, EP MEMBERS are advised to check their artworks comply with all EP standard specifications, setting and format.
5.7 In the event EP detects that EP MEMBER’s artwork does not comply with EP artwork specifications, EP will inform that EP MEMBER of the problem by phone or via xcare, EP Member may proceed the job with new artwork or cancel the order. EP MEMBER requires to amend their artwork and proceed with new artwork through EP ePrinting Solution. Delivery date of order will be according to new order.
5.8 If EP MEMBER insists on proceeding to print without making recommended corrections highlighted, EP MEMBER does so at his/her risk. EP cannot be held responsible for outcome of printout.
5.9 If EP MEMBER makes an error (selecting wrong quantity, material, product, finishing, or etc.) while placing his/her order, EP MEMBER must call in or “Query on order” to inform EP Customer Service immediately. Once the order is in process stage, it cannot be cancelled or changed. EP will not be responsible for any consequences arising from that EP MEMBER’s failure.
5.10 EP cannot be held liable for any consequences in the event an artwork error goes undetected.
5.11 No changes can be made to the artwork once the order in the process stages.
5.12 EP MEMBERS are required to resend artwork for every repeat order.
5.13 EP is not responsible for EP MEMBER’s copyright infringement of artwork content.
5.14 EP will not print jobs that contain offensive literature or images.
6. GENERAL EXPECTATION ON PRINTING OUTCOME
6.1 Color reproduction or accuracy is generally subject to the limitations of gang run printing method. Therefore, the accuracy of color reproduction is NOT guaranteed as stipulated in our Color Disclaimer (clause #5).
6.2 EP cannot be held liable for color variations between jobs printed in different batches at different ordering periods, and object missing due to overprint setting.
6.3 Tolerance of the cutting edge is +- 1.0 mm.
6.4 Tolerance of the die cut is +- 2.0 mm.
6.6 Tolerance of the folding is +- 1.0 mm.
6.7 Printed surface dotted with dirt shall not be more than 1 dot per 5cm2 and the dot shall not be bigger than 0.5mm.
6.8 Tolerance of the printing registration is +- 0.25mm.
6.9 Tolerance of the spot uv registration is +- 0.25 mm.
6.10 Tolerance of the hot stamping registration is +- 1.0 mm for all product and +- 1.5 mm for money packet .
6.11 For products with thin paper material such as money packet, art paper or simili with hot stamping finishing, stamping pressure may leave a stamping mark on the back of the product. EP Member shall notice this risk and EP is not responsible for the stamping mark on the back.
7. COLOR DISCLAIMER
In order to provide a cheaper end cost to EP MEMBER and a quicker turnaround of the printed matter, EP prints CMYK printing work together and marginal variations are to be expected from one print run to another.
As such, while EP takes great effort to match colors as accurately as possible, EP cannot be held liable for these marginal color variations or inaccuracies in the printed matter which may be more evident in reprints. A 100% exact color match is not possible (10% Color Tolerance).
8. PRODUCT REPRINT
If EP MEMBERS are not satisfied with any product, please lodge complaint within 5 days of invoice.
Please include Member ID, picture and reason for dissatisfaction. If EP MEMBERS have not received their order within the specified delivery time, please contact EP Customer Service not later than 3 working days from the date of the specified delivery time. EP Customer Service department will try to review EP MEMBER complaint and work with EP MEMBER to meet EP MEMBER expectations.
PLEASE NOTE: EP will only reprint the print job that fails to meet the conditions under the General Expectation on Printing Outcome (clause #6). However, EP is not responsible for typing, image, or design errors introduced by EP MEMBER in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to EP MEMBER, EP does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling. In no way shall either EP or its subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders or employees be liable for any special incidents, indirect or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind whether or not the party has been advised of the possibility of such damages or rejects arising out of or related to an EP MEMBER’s action(s). The terms and conditions constitute all terms and agreements relating to EP MEMBERS participating in the EP MEMBER Program.
9. EP’s INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The names, text, images, color bar and logos identifying EP or EXPRESS PRINT & DESIGN PTE LTD and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of the EXPRESS PRINT & DESIGN PTE LTD Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, text, design right or copyright of EP or EXPRESS PRINT & DESIGN PTE LTD Unless stated in written consent, a EP MEMBER or party has no right to produce, copy, disseminate the names, text, images and logos identifying EP or EXPRESS PRINT & DESIGN PTE LTD and their products and services.
If EP suspects a EP MEMBER has violated this condition, the management reserves the right to terminate that EP MEMBER’s account and their Membership as well as demand the return of all materials and information pertaining to EP. EP also reserves the right to take legal action against any EP MEMBER who misuses any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of EP or EP SDN. BHD.
10. CONTRIBUTIONS TO EP
11.1 EP collects information to process EP MEMBER’s order, guide and enhance EP MEMBER online experience and to supply EP MEMBER with information in which EP MEMBER have expressed an interest.
11.2 At any time EP MEMBER can modify account details and email address from MY PROFILE -> CHANGE PROFILE on the EP ePrinting Solution.
11.3 When EP MEMBER log in, EP collect Member ID, password, and IP Address. This provides EP with default details for EP MEMBER order processing and sets up security – so viewing of EP MEMBER account details, designs and order records is password protected.
11.4 To help EP MEMBER choose the right product and design to suit EP MEMBER purpose/business EP ask EP MEMBER to make selections and choices – Only the design details are collected if EP MEMBER chooses to save or order.
11.5 When EP MEMBER order, EP capture order details and files to process and fulfill EP MEMBER order. Invoicing address and shipping address are retained when EP MEMBER register as a Member so EP MEMBER do not have to enter them again. Order details are retained so EP MEMBER can view the order records.
11.6 To assist EP MEMBER with promotions and marketing, and tailor EP service to EP MEMBER needs EP will ask EP MEMBER for feedback about EP MEMBER business and any information EP MEMBER may require. Supply of this information other then those that state otherwise is optional and not mandatory. All this data will be stored so EP can effectively meet EP MEMBER needs.
11.7 Security – Access to EP MEMBER account data is password protected. Credit card details are processed by appointed merchant’s secure server.
